MOTION
Upon recommendation of Cheryl Porter, Chief Operating Officer - Water and Field Services, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), authorizes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to enter into Contract No. GLWA-CS-152 Proposed Amendment No. 2, "Route Alternatives Analysis and Preliminary Design for Water Works Park to Northeast Transmission Main" with Jacobs Consulting, Inc., with no increase in cost for a total cost of $4,392,558.63, and an increase in duration of 765 days for a total contract duration of 1,819 days; and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND
The original scope of work for the CS-152 consultant services contract included route alternatives analysis and preliminary design for Water Works Park to Northeast Transmission Main project. In order to meet the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) loan schedule, GLWA approved Amendment No. 1 to the CS-152 project.
