MOTION
Upon recommendation of Navid Mehram, Chief Operating Officer - Wastewater Operating Services, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), authorizes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to enter into Contract No. 2202790/SCN-000382, Proposed Amendment No. 2, "Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Improvements to the Sludge Feed System for Solids Processing Engineering Services" with CDM Smith Michigan, Inc., for an increased cost of $1,244,955.00 for a total cost not to exceed $5,791,937.00 and an increased duration of 1,220 days for a total duration of 2,475 days; and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND
GLWA awarded Contract No. 2202790 "WRRF Improvements to the Sludge Feed System for Solids Processing Engineering Services" to CDM Smith Michigan, Inc. (Engineer).
