RE: Election of Board Vice-Chairperson

Whereas Article 7(H) of the Articles of Incorporation provides that The Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) shall elect a Vice-Chairperson from among its members; and
Whereas The GLWA By-Laws, Article IV, Section 5, requires this election to take place at the Board’s “first regularly scheduled meeting to be held in December of each calendar year;” and
Whereas The Following Board Member(s) were nominated for the office of Vice-Chairperson:
Jaye Quadrozzi; and
Whereas The Board conducted an election for the office of Vice-Chairperson with the following votes having been recorded:
Jaye Quadrozzi: 4/0
Now, Therefore Be It:
Resolved That Board Member Jaye Quadrozzi having received a majority of votes cast, is elected as the Vice-Chairperson of the Board for a term ending December 31, 2026.
