RE: Easement Agreement between GLWA and Southeastern Oakland County Resource Recovery Authority, Property Owner of 1741 School Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, Tax Parcel No.: 70-15-24-200-004

MOTION

Upon recommendation and opinion of Randal M. JUSTIFICATION
GLWA needs to acquire a temporary easement over property owned by SOCRRA. BUDGET IMPACT
Easement acquisitions were included in the budget for the 96-inch relocation project.
