RE: Selection of GLWA CEO
MOTION
The Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA):
1. Authorizes an Employment Agreement in substantially the form attached, with Suzanne R. Coffey, P.E. to serve as GLWA’s Chief Executive Officer; and
2. Authorizes the Board Chairman to execute the Employment Agreement on behalf of the Board of Directors; and
3. Authorizes the Board Chairman, Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer, and General Counsel to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
