MOTION
Upon recommendation of Navid Mehram, Chief Operating Officer - Wastewater Operating Services, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), authorizes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to amend the existing Contract No. GLWA-CS-1781, "Oversight Services for Progressive Design-Build Rouge River Outfall Project" with PMA Consultants, LLC, and at an increased cost of $148,155.00 for a total cost not to exceed $2,569,875.00, and an increased duration of 194 calendar days for a total contract duration of 1,412 days; and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND
On September 12, 2016, Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) awarded this contract to provide owner's representation, project oversight, and other related professional services in connection with GLWA's PC-797 Rouge River Outfall Disinfection Project.
