MOTION
Upon recommendation of Navid Mehram, Chief Operating Officer - Wastewater Operating Services, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority
(GLWA), authorizes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to amend the existing Contract-GLWA-PC-757, "Rehabilitation of Rectangular Primary Clarifiers, Package "A"; Rehabilitation of Electrical/Mechanical Buildings and Pipe Gallery of Rectangular Primary Clarifiers, Package "B"; Replacement of Rake Arm Assembly for Circular Primary Clarifiers Nos. 15 and 16, Package "C" with Tooles Contracting Group at an increased duration of 180 calendar days for a total contract duration of 1580 days, and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
