MOTION

Upon recommendation of Nicolette Bateson, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), receives and files the 4^th Annual Vendor Outreach Event Report ; and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote. 

BACKGROUND

GLWA hosted its 4^th Annual Vendor Outreach event on May 16, 2019.  Renee Walker & Associates was engaged as the event consultant and will present event statistics and survey results.
