MOTION
Upon recommendation of Nicolette Bateson, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, The Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), receives and files the Presentation: Procurement Group Update; and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND
The GLWA Procurement Group has several initiatives for which it seeks to provide an update to the Board.
