RE: Presentation: FY 2020 & FY 2021 Biennial Budget and Five-Year Financial Plan Document
MOTION
Upon recommendation of Nicolette Bateson, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), receive and file the FY 2020 & FY 2021 Biennial Budget and Five-Year Financial Plan Document and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND
The GLWA Board of Directors approved the FY 2020 & FY 2021 Biennial Budget on March 13, 2019. Subsequent to that budget action, the final FY 2020 & FY 2021 Biennial Budget and Five-Year Financial Plan for FY 2020 through FY 2024 document was completed. The document was also submitted to the Government Finance Officers Association Distinguished Budget Presentation Awards Program which is GLWA’s inaugural submission for that program.
