MOTION

Upon recommendation of Navid Mehram, Chief Operating Officer - Wastewater Operating Services, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), authorizes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to enter into Contract No. 2000970/SCN-0000131, Proposed Amendment No. 4, "Rehabilitation of Screened Final Effluent (SFE) Pump Station" with NORESCO, LLC, with an increased cost of $100,378,653.00 for a total cost not to exceed $104,266,994.00 and an increased duration of 1,200 days for a total duration of 2,657 days; and authorizes the CEO to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

BACKGROUND
The Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) is a heavy user of clean water for processing wastewater. The water is used for pumping, cleaning, and conveying chemicals as carrier water. The water for the above is supplied through two sources.
